- 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. broth
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 boiled eggs (optional)
Directions

1Cut up cooked chicken (deboned) and place in oblong pan. Combine chicken soup and broth.

2Bring to a boil and pour over chicken.

3Slice eggs on top of that.

4Combine buttermilk, oleo and flour.

5Stir well and pour over chicken mixture.

6Bake at 425° for 30 or 35 minutes or until brown.
