- 1 whole chicken
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 4 boiled eggs, shredded
- 1 can celery or mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (use broth chicken was boiled in)
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Cook chicken and remove from bone (overnight in crock-pot). Place in large casserole dish.

2Add veggies and shredded eggs. Mix soup and chicken broth; pour on top.

3Add 1/2 cup more broth to keep from drying out.

4Mix flour, milk and butter well; pour over chicken mixture.

5Do not stir!

6Cook at 400° until top browns, about 30 to 40 minutes.
