- 3 lb. fryer (reserve broth)
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook chicken.

2Remove meat from bones.

3Place meat in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Mix chicken broth with cream of celery soup and pour over chicken.

5Mix Bisquick with milk (mixture will be thin).

6Pour over chicken.

7Top with melted margarine.

8Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
