- 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Durkee onions
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bake empty pie shell at 350° for 10 minutes.

2Combine all ingredients including 1/2 of the Durkee onions.

3Pour this mixture into pie shell and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

4Sprinkle remaining Durkee onions on top and return to oven 5 more minutes.
