- 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) fryer, cooked and deboned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (saved)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1In large greased casserole, put chicken in bottom of dish. Mix broth and soup together.

2Sprinkle bird with frozen vegetables.

3Next pour in soup mix.

4Mix flour and buttermilk together.

5Add oleo, salt and pepper.

6Pour over bird mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

7Serves 6.
