- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. deboned chicken or 1 (5 oz.) can
- 1 small can peas and carrots
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 double-crust recipe pastry
Directions

1Blend milk, flour and soup and pour into saucepan.

2Add coarsely chopped chicken, peas and carrots, onion, salt and butter.

3Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

4Pour into pastry lined pan.

5Sprinkle top very lightly with thyme.

6Cover with top crust; cut slits for steam to escape.

7Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned and filling begins to bubble through slits in crust.
