  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 (3 lb.) broiler, cooked and cut into pieces (reserve 1 soup can stock)
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can carrots, drained

    Boil chicken in enough water to cover with salt, onions, celery and carrots until tender, about 1 hour.

    Remove chicken from bones and cut into large chunks.
