  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 12 cup buckwheat flour
  • 34 cup chickpea flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    cook quinoa in pan or rice cooker, 1 cup quinoa/2 cups water-about 20 minutes.

    mix all ingredients together and form into patties.

    fry in 1/2 inch oil over medium high heat or bake on an oiled pan in the oven at 350 until brown on both sides.
