Chicken Pillow Puffs

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened, Divided Use
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed (about 3 Breasts)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 packages Crescent Rolls, 8 Ounce Packages
  • 23 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup of butter.

    Mix the chicken, pepper, and salt into the cream cheese mixture.

    Open the crescent roll cans and lay out the dough.
  4. 4
    Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto each crescent roll triangle.

    Fold and seal edges of each triangle so that nothing comes out.

    Melt the other 1/4 cup of butter into a bowl and place the bread crumbs in a separate bowl.

    Roll each chicken pillow into the butter and then gently roll it around in the bread crumbs to cover.

    Bake at 350 for about 30 to 40 minutes in a 13x9 baking pan.

    Heat the cream of chicken soup.

    Serve this ladled over the rolls or sometimes I use cheese dip when Im feeling frisky!
