  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3 lb. chicken breast (boneless)
  • cooked rice
