- 1 whole wheat pita
- 1-1/2 ounces low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- squeeze of lemon
