  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 4 oz. and 1 8 oz. can crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. seasoned croutons crushed

Directions

    Combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine.

    Add chicken, pimento, salt, pepper, and milk.

    Separate rolls into 6 rectangles.

    Spoon mixture into rolls evenly.

    Pull up corners and twist dough tightly at the top.

    Melt last tablespoon of butter and brush on all pockets.

    Roll in croutons or sprinkle on top. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake for 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
