- 5 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.)
- 1 medium sweet onion (white or purple)
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook carrots (do not overcook).

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onion and green pepper in round slices, then mix with carrots.

4Mix all other ingredients together, then pour over vegetables.

5Cover and marinate 12 hours or longer.

6Ready to serve.
