11 steps

Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Precooked Rotisserie Chicken, Lemon-pepper Or Original Flavored
  • 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
  • 2 packages (8 Oz. Each) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2
Pull pre-cooked chicken from bone, removing any skin.
  3. 3
Chop chicken into small bite-size pieces, giving you 4 cups total.
  4. 4
In a large bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, sesame seeds, parsley, and onion.
  5. 5
    Mix until well-blended.
  6. 6
Open the crescent packages and keep every 2 triangles together, making a square (giving you a total of 8 squares).
  7. 7
Pinch the seam in the middle of each square, and pat each out into a larger square.
  8. 8
Put 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each square and press down slightly (you will have some chicken mixture leftover when done).
  9. 9
Fold the corners of each square up into the center, pressing slightly so the filling is mostly sealed.
  10. 10
Place each popover on a lightly greased sheet and bake, uncovered, for 1518 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip: This goes well with a nice side salad!
