- 6 to 8 pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. chicken stock or 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Trim fat and bone from chops.

2Dredge pork in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder.

3Brown with oil in a large skillet.

4Add chicken stock and cover.

5Simmer until the gravy is thickened, approximately 30 minutes.
