  • 6 to 8 pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. chicken stock or 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Trim fat and bone from chops.

    Dredge pork in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder.

    Brown with oil in a large skillet.

    Add chicken stock and cover.

    Simmer until the gravy is thickened, approximately 30 minutes.
