  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 2 to 3 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Boil chicken; reserve 2/3 cup chicken broth.

    In medium pan, melt butter.

    Slowly pour in 1 cup Bisquick; mix until smooth. Pour milk, a little at a time, stirring.

    Mixture will thicken. Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
