Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped chicken
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 roll crescent dinner rolls
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can English peas
- 3 or 4 carrots
Directions

1Clean, cut and cook carrots until tender.

2Drain.

3Mix soup and broth.

4Heat.

5Add drained peas and carrots.

6Mix chicken and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

7Roll chicken and cheese loosely in each wedge. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

8Pour soup mixture over this.

9Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.

10When ready, sprinkle rest of cheese over top and melt.
