  • 4 to 5 boiled chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 c. broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can carrots and peas (14 oz.)
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine

    Dice chicken breasts into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix broth with soup.

    Pour over chicken.

    Add can of carrots and peas without liquid.

    Mix Bisquick with milk; pour over all.

    Drizzle melted margarine over top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
