  • 13 ounces ground turkey
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons salt substitute
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cabbage

Directions

    Mix turkey, egg white & seasoning.

    Form into small balls & place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.

    Heat water, broth & veggies.

    Add turkey balls & boil 15-20 minutes.
