  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien
  • 1 small can peas and carrots
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chunk chicken, ham or tuna

Directions

    Melt cheese together with all ingredients on top of stove. Pour over unbaked pie crust and top with another unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 350° until crust is brown.
