Chicken Pot Pie

- 2 pie crusts
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare pie crust and line a 9-inch pie pan with bottom crust. Melt butter in large skillet.

2Add flour as you would for gravy. Slowly add broth to make the gravy base.

3Make sure base is thick. If you need to, add some cornstarch.

4Add Veg-All (drained), cooked meat, salt and pepper, if desired.

5Pour into pie shell and add top crust.

6Pinch edges and cut several slits in top.

7Bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes or until crust is brown.

8Let cool to warm before serving.
