  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells (deep dish style)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, cooked

Directions

    Cook mixed vegetables for half the amount of time recommended on package. Combine all ingredients in pot with the vegetables. Heat all ingredients through for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Stir, then put in pie shell. Cover with second pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
