- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells (deep dish style)
- 2 Tbsp. onion, cooked
Directions

1Cook mixed vegetables for half the amount of time recommended on package. Combine all ingredients in pot with the vegetables. Heat all ingredients through for 2 to 3 minutes.

2Stir, then put in pie shell. Cover with second pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
