- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 cans peas and carrots
Directions

1Make cream sauce of butter, flour, salt, pepper, broth and milk.

2This will be thin.

3Add chicken and drained peas and carrots.

4Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Make pie crust; roll thin and cut out like biscuits. Place on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
