- chicken (enough to cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan; I use a whole chicken)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chicken broth or water
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 c. milk (2% or more)
- 2 c. Bisquick
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Put chicken in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Mix soups, broth and vegetables along with a dash of salt and pepper and pour over chicken.

3Mix Bisquick and milk.

4Pour over all.

5Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
