Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • chicken (enough to cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan; I use a whole chicken)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can chicken broth or water
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. milk (2% or more)
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Put chicken in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix soups, broth and vegetables along with a dash of salt and pepper and pour over chicken.

    Mix Bisquick and milk.

    Pour over all.

    Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
