- 4 chicken breast halves, boiled until tender in 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pie crusts (deep dish type)
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 small can mixed vegetables or 1 small can English peas, drained
Directions

1Prick 1 pie shell with fork and bake about 3 minutes.

2Break chicken into bite size pieces; put in bottom of pie crust. Melt oleo in saucepan; add flour and stir until smooth. Add broth and milk, cooking until it thickens. Add drained vegetables and black pepper. Pour over chicken and top with other pie crust. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until brown.
