- 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove, cut and peeled
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper.

2Rub both sides of meat with garlic.

3Roll meat in flour mixture.

4Brown meat and onion in oleo in deep skillet.

5Stir often.

6Add soups and water.

7Cook, uncovered, on low heat for 1 hour.

8Stir this often.

9Add mushrooms and sour cream, but do not boil.

10Serve on rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
