  • 1 small chicken or 4 breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (1 lb.) can peas and carrots (or small limas)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 jar pimentos, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • celery salt to taste

Directions

    Place chopped chicken in a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish or two 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch dishes.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
