- approximately 2 lb. chicken
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
Directions

1Cook chicken and pull off bone.

2Put in bottom of baking dish. Melt butter and pour over chicken.

3Mix milk with flour and baking powder.

4Mix together until smooth.

5Pour over chicken.

6Mix chicken broth and cream of celery soup and heat.

7Pour over the milk and flour mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
