- 14 cup scallion, minced (white & green parts)
- 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 8 hamburger buns
Directions

1Combine the blue cheese into the ground beef.
