- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. broth
- 1 large diced potato
- several sliced carrots
- chopped celery
- 1 pkg. or less frozen green peas
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts until done.

2Reserve broth (1/4 cup). Skin and bone chicken.

3Use kitchen scissors to cut into small chunks.

4To remainder of broth, add potato, carrots and celery. Cook a while, then add peas and cook until tender.

5Drain vegetables.

6Melt margarine in pan.

7Add flour and salt to make a sauce base, then slowly add reserved broth and milk.

8Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.

9At desired consistency, add chicken and vegetables.

10Season to taste.

11Cover with crust; slit the crust.

12Bake at 375° until crust is brown.
