  • 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg.(16 oz.) frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower,carrots)
  • Several potatoes cooked, chopped to bite size, with skins
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 cans soup(any combo of cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of broccoli)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • pepper and thyme to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Precook vegetable mixture and potatoes. In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter or margarine until tender.

    Add pepper and thyme to taste.

    Add soups milk and stir until smooth.
