  • 1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 c. mixed vegetables, drained
  • 2 c. or more chicken broth
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place chopped chicken, eggs and vegetables in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Mix chicken broth and soups together.

    Pour mixture over other ingredients.

    Mix flour, milk and mayonnaise, then spoon over soup mixture.

    Do not stir.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour until golden brown.
