- 2 deep dish pie crusts
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Have chicken cooked, deboned and chopped.

3Dice potatoes; cover with water.

4Boil 3 to 4 minutes (potatoes should be firm).

5Drain.

6Add other ingredients and simmer until warm.

7Pour into pie crust.

8Place second crust on top.

9Press edges together.

10With fork, place holes in top crust to let steam escape.

11Cook 30 minutes or until golden brown.

12If edges brown too soon, cover (just edges) with foil.

13For best results, place on cookie sheet.
