- 1 fryer, boiled
- 1 c. frozen peas or peas and carrots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Remove chicken from bone and cut in pieces.

3Place in casserole dish or pan.

4Spread celery soup over chicken.

5Pour broth over mixture and sprinkle vegetables over this.

6Melt margarine in quart jar in microwave.

7Add milk and flour to jar.

8Shake until mixed well.

9Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 1 hour or until top is brown.
