- 2 pie shells
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1 can garden peas, drained
- 1 can carrots, drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Heat butter, flour, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

3Stir in chicken and vegetables.

4Cook on low heat until mixture thickens.

5Spread 1 pie crust over bottom of a 3-quart baking dish.

6Add chicken mixture.

7Cover with remaining pie crust.

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
