- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. chopped chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
- 2 crust pie pastry
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine in saucepan.

4Add onion, salt and pepper.

5Cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.

7Stir in broth and milk gradually.

8Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

9Cook for 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.

10Stir in chicken and vegetables; spoon into pastry-lined dish.

11Top with remaining pastry.
