- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 unbaked deep-dish pie shells
Directions

1Place deboned chicken in bottom of 1 pie shell.

2Mix together sour cream, margarine, cream of chicken, onions and mixed vegetables.

3Pour mixture over chicken.

4Season to taste.

5Place second pie shell on top.

6Use a fork and go around the edge of pie.

7Cut 3 to 4 vents on top of pie.

8Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
