  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, skim off most fat
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 medium potato, cubed
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cook potato in broth. Add vegetables, soup and chicken.

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Add chicken mixture. Mix Bisquick and milk thoroughly (in separate bowl). Pour on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until topping is brown.
