- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 potatoes
- 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Cook chicken in 2 cups of water until done.

2Remove chicken from water and cube.

3Peel and cube potatoes.

4Cook until done in water that chicken was cooked in.

5Add vegetables to potatoes and cook until tender.

6Add soup and chicken.

7Mix well.

8Put in pie shell and place second pie shell on top.

9Bake until golden brown (approximately 30 minutes).
