Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or whole fryer
  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen Veg-All (the finely chopped kind)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste (the soup is salty enough)
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Bone out chicken.

    Cook in water to cover until tender.

    Remove chicken and save stock.

    Add onion and frozen Veg-All to stock. Bring to rolling boil for 5 minutes.

    Place shredded boned out chicken in 9 x 13 casserole that has been greased with margarine. Put vegetables on top of chicken.
