- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can peas and carrots, drained
- 2 pie crusts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken.

2Melt margarine in pot and saute onion.

3Add flour and milk.

4Cook until thick.

5Add chicken, peas and carrots, salt and pepper to taste.

6Put 1 pie crust in bottom of pie plate, then add mixture.

7Top with second pie crust; make little slits in top to vent.

8Bake at 375° until crust is brown.
