  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in medium size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced onions
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked diced potatoes
  • 1 c. cooked carrot rounds
  • 1/2 c. cooked peas
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • pastry recipe for 1 pie crust

    Place chicken, onions and vegetables in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Melt butter in saucepan.

    Add flour and blend thoroughly. Add chicken stock slowly and salt.
