- 1 fryer, cooked and deboned
- 1 can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 can baby LeSueur peas, drained
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Layer the chicken, peas and carrots in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix the chicken broth, cream of celery soup and the cream of chicken soup.

3Pour over the meat and vegetables.

4In the blender, mix the butter, milk, self-rising flour and baking powder.

5Pour over the casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
