Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned or pan style stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • garlic powder and pepper to taste

Directions

    Precook and drain spinach real good.

    Mix all of the ingredients and chill.

    After chilled, roll into balls and quick freeze on trays in freezer.
  4. 4
    Store in freezer bags or plastic containers.

    Bring out and bake 15 minutes at 350° or until browned.
