- 1 deep-dish pie crust
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 small can peas and carrots, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. cooked chicken
Directions

1Thaw pie crust for 10 to 15 minutes.

2While crust is thawing, combine butter, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir in broth and milk.

3Cook and stir until thick, then stir in peas and carrots and chicken.

4Pour into crust, put a crust on top.

5Cut slits in top crust.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
