- 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. cut up cooked chicken
- pastry for 9-inch 2 crust pie
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper.

3Cook until bubbly.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in broth and milk.

6Boil and stir 1 minute.

7Stir in chicken and vegetables.

8Put in crust. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes.
