  • 2 c. leftover chicken
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • chopped onion to taste, sauteed
  • 1 pkg. instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 c. mixed vegetables
  • 4 potatoes, cooked and cubed
  • 1 small can biscuits

Directions

    In 2 quart saucepan, heat soup, onion, and bouillon together. Add chicken and vegetables.

    Combine this mixture with the potatoes in a 3 quart baking dish.

    Top with biscuits.

    Bake at 350° until biscuits are browned.
