- 2 c. leftover chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- chopped onion to taste, sauteed
- 1 pkg. instant chicken bouillon
- 2 c. mixed vegetables
- 4 potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 small can biscuits
Directions

1In 2 quart saucepan, heat soup, onion, and bouillon together. Add chicken and vegetables.

2Combine this mixture with the potatoes in a 3 quart baking dish.

3Top with biscuits.

4Bake at 350° until biscuits are browned.
