- 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. white sauce
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- some grated onion
Directions

1Add all of mixture to squash and cook in a double boiler 1 hour, then put in casserole and bake 30 minutes in oven.

2Sprinkle with bread crumbs, if desired.
