  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • chicken salad

Directions

    In saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir until mixture forms a ball (1 to 2 minutes).

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. 5
    Continue beating until smooth and put small mounds on spoon and drop onto greased cookie sheet.

    Bake in preheated oven at 400° until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

    Cool. Cut tops off and remove filaments.
  8. 8
    Fill each with chicken salad. Replace tops.
