  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in a large saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto Pam sprayed baking sheet. Bake about 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Remove puffs to wire rack. Cool slowly.
